The 2026-27 Back-to-School Forms are OPEN. Complete by Friday, August 14th to ensure that your student receives SPPS transportation, if eligible, and important communications by email, U.S mail, phone or text. Only one parent or guardian in the student's primary household is expected to complete the form. More resources are available at spps.org/families
Make sure to click the "SPPS Login" button when trying to login to Parent Portal.

In-person support with Back-to-School Forms is available on these days:
- August 4: Capitol Hill Magnet School, 3-5:30 p.m.
- August 5: SPPS Administration Building, 360 Colborne St., 9:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
- August 12: SPPS Administration Building, 360 Colborne St., 4-7 p.m.
- August 13: Como Park Senior High School, 4:30-7 p.m.
Interpreters and technology support will be available.
